Payment

All goods must be paid for prior to despatch

Payment methods accepted are; Paypal and Credit/Debit card

Credit/Debit card transactions are processed by Wix

Processing

Orders are usually despatched within 3 days

Shipping

Shipping is currently to UK addresses only.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail, First class

Delivery is usually 3-5 days (after processing)

Postage to UK mainland £3.95

If you are interested in ordering for an address outside of the UK, please contact me

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Goods should be returned unused and in original packaging

Please notify me by email ( sophieswan.design@outlook.com ) within 7 days

Delivery charges will not be refunded, unless the product is faulty

It is recommended to get a proof of postage for the returned products
